History

Legend Properties (LP) is a Partnership firm established in 2015 to carry on its construction business. In a span of 12 years it has built and sold Apartments , construction work is at swig and one more venture is at Plan approval stage. The firm has 5 partners all are family members, have good experience in the field of construction business and professionally qualified in different fields.

having overall 19 years+ experience in the field of construction. First 7 years worked as an employee in a construction company then, he stared his own business in the name of “Sai Balaji Builders” under which he has successfully constructed & sold  flats in its two projects – under the brand name of  “Lemon Tree”.

  1. has a good experience in execution of construction works, Material procurement & Fund management. He is a qualified Chartered Accountant, having good business contacts, gained idea from different clients, business people.
